It notes that 26 percent of Americans use the World Wide Web — as opposed to 3 percent of Russians, 4 one-hundredths of 1 percent of the population of South Asia and 2-10ths of 1 percent for Arab states. And it says that the United States has more computers than the rest of the world combined.
