External ForcesEssay Preview: External ForcesReport this essayExternal ForcesOrganizational change can be caused by external forces and internal forces. External forces commence outside of the organization and not only do they affect a company, but they also cause global affects. There are four components that play a crucial role in change of a organization from an external forces view. These four key factors allow a company to under go change and reconstruct its organization to improve its production and services.

Demographics in the work place a re well known for each employee to work at his or her full amount of potential the work place needs effective diversity. Diversity is crucial and within the next 20 years, 80 million young adults will enter the workforce and technology will be a very strong factor to there success. Technological advancement is another characteristic of external forces that effect an organizations change. Technological advancements help to shape a companies way of producing products, whether its gas from Exxon Mobil or Smartphones that are equipped with the internet. Technology changes will occur everyday, every hour, and every second. It is always a way to improve a product and extensive research proves that.

Customer and Market change are a heavy impact on external forces that change and organization. Customers are the buyers of every product and as time changes customers demand more from service and products. If change in service and product are not met then customers will shop in different locations and different store because of low switching company. Social and political pressures play a major part in external changes as well. Events such as protests, politicians who push for global warming, and ever day individuals who push towards less pollutants being put into air are all external forces. These pressures can be strong at times and can be led by legislative bodies who represent the American people.

If people want to keep using the same product, we will find a way to make sure that they will find alternatives to the same value. People are motivated to be able to keep their savings at the same level of quality while still providing their service and want a price in return. We don’t have any control over value; we have no control over whether or not different products become good or terrible. Customers feel the need to find options that are good for them. We have to use different strategies to be able to attract and retain the best of our customers and our employees for our own business goals.

The future of the American health care market is very bright. A large percentage of the medical care market is already covered by insurance. Since there are no public providers to take care of the costs of health care we need a national policy that provides better value for the person and gives you more control over the amount of care. The public services for which there is the greatest demand are those that include the following:

Health care including: health insurance, maternity benefits, physician’s visits

Medical education including: basic health and immunization, preventive care, social service, or mental health services (including: mental health information), outpatient, and life skills programs such as community service or career training

Family health including: maternal, pediatric, and newborn care including: prenatal, maternal, newborn, and newborn nutrition, diabetes prevention, pediatric emergency room services, and preventive care

Eligibility for benefits include maternity and pediatric care and emergency room services that include medications included in the insurance package; nursing and other essential health care plans (including: emergency room care, hospitalization, and primary care or emergency room services); family planning and nutrition if necessary, including: birth and transplantation medicine, diabetes care, or nutrition supplement; social and community services: education through community programs, such as community literacy or literacy-based education, or school quality education; health insurance, maternity care, or primary care services (including: family medicine, preventive medicine, and mental health services; including: mental health information, pregnancy care, and counseling); community-based education including: community training or primary care or medical school, family wellness education, or literacy-based school

Physician services including: prenatal, maternal, newborn education

Pregnancy care including: lactation at or after giving birth and breastfeeding at or after delivery and breast-feeding at or after birth

Food insurance in many instances includes: meal plans, snack baskets, cold medicine packs, canned goods, snacks, and other similar items of value. We need a federal policy to provide this. We need legislation of local, state, and federal level to ensure the right of all employees to stay accountable for making informed health care decisions and that they are made transparently, accurately and consistently.
