Dear Mr. Anderson:
I want to say thank you for your interest in your new Candle Luxury Single Home Community. As you already know that housing market is in its booming time, especially in Beverly Hills area. Every single house that was listed in the Beverly Hills area is gone the next day. Fortunately, we are – Wonderland Development, just finished building our Candle Luxury Single Home Community in center of Beverly Hills. Even though the sale office is officially open tomorrow Friday 12, 2007, we already have pre-order for half of the community. I urge you to take some time this weekend, and take your family to visit our Candle community, and check out those beautiful single homes.
As in the information package that you sent back to us couple weeks ago. We assure that we will meet all of your requirements in a new home. And especially that you are looking for a place that safe and fun for your children. Our Candle Community has a park in the center that includes Basket Courses, Tennis courses and a Golf Course, and is good for children, pets, and jogging people. It is close to freeways, schools and Beverly Center shopping mall. You don’t have to drive far away for a dinner restaurant or if you are looking to buy something quick.
