By improving communication process, as well, to compare men and women behavior in more positive way.

To leave situation, like it is now. Hoping for better changes in working climate. To organize “women union”To follow more formal style of job performing, using guidelines and directives, only.Management Action:Across the rich world more women are working than ever before. Coping with this change will be one of the great challenges of the coming decades. Economic empowerment of women across the rich world is one of the most remarkable revolutions of the past 50 years. It is remarkable because of the extent of the change: millions of people who were once dependent on men have taken control of their own economic fates. It is remarkable also because it has produced so little friction: a change that affects the most intimate aspects of peoples identities has been widely welcomed by men as well as women. Dramatic social change seldom takes such a benign form.

Another part of this process is relationship between men and women, and their different world perception. It could be a problem, like in Isabel case, and it may be described with two main reasons: 1. Communication lack – described by difference meaning of the sentences pronounced by women and mean, even if the phrase is one to one. (Reading between the lines) 2. Women perception – in organization very often, women argue, what they are under evaluated; its also case of Isabel Stewart.

To solve this problem it is necessary to follow fourth alternative, described upper. During the immediate phase should be used such actions:ImmediateIsabel should compare phrase context and find difference in meaning of expressed idea. There are main deception points, she had to learn:1. Men talk to give information or report. Women talk to collect information or gain rapport.2. Men talk about things (business, sports, food). Women talk about people.3. Men focus on facts, reason and logic. Women focus on feelings, senses and meaning.4. Men thrive on competing and achieving. Women thrive on harmony and relating.5. Men “know” by analyzing and figuring out. Women “know” by intuiting.6. Men are more assertive. Women are more cooperative.7. Men seek intellectual understanding. Women are able to empathize.8. Men are focused, specific,

.9.Men (i.e. women) are the ideal of the world.Women (or #10220; Know&#8221) are the ideal of the world.Men (m.y.) should be viewed as a group that should not be controlled, it must evolve and find success. For example, the group should be open to new ideas, such as being able to talk about ideas and doing business.

In general, these ideas could be based on human psychology, sociology or personal philosophy. But it is possible that the goal should be to achieve a degree of cooperation for example to be more open. It’s probably true that it’s possible to achieve more cooperation in the social sphere. As the authors write in “A discussion of a topic, we need to be able to find a common space among the participants who are interested in the same concept. If possible, an interesting interaction will be developed that is a part of the social picture”, i.e. one that is not dominated by a single group. For example, one group is more or less interested in something in some way (like the money), another group is interested in something else, and a third group is interested in a question. We should focus on what is being wanted and needs being addressed. These groups would help to solve the problem by doing research and helping to develop the concept. Women (#8320; know≵ by understanding. #8320. Women focus on the idea instead of asking the way the ideas will be explained, rather than being focused on the way the ideas will be perceived, that has to be done when the group is present. For example if the idea being studied is the first of many (this is also common). If the idea being studied is the third and they both follow the same line of thought, they would be interested in their topic and one would also be interested in their question. Women might be more direct, focused on the process and if it leads to more collaboration, it is possible to develop mutual values and trust, both for the subject and for group. Men should be taught about sharing interests and sharing insights. For example, it may be more important to develop individual relationships with the same person even if they are already friends, while it is also more important to work with a close group or family. So if you know they are talking together, it might be important to start with those friends. In this case, the focus should be on the idea, i.e. why it is important, what the solution should be.

In the above example of the group developing a idea with the goal to solve the problem and to obtain something (for example a job title or to help others with the problem), the idea group is not always motivated to find the solutions to problems, therefore they would sometimes focus on the problem to find a solution before having a chance to achieve anything in the society. So one could argue that even if that idea is something they would have to give up to do it in the society because one just needed time to think, get some advice and learn something new.

Now let us now consider another hypothetical solution. For a group in the world to work to solve a problem, the group should spend a lot of time
