They also know what they want & how to communicate it to his followers.

An individual cannot be a leader at one stroke. He has to follow sequential & unique paths to make history. Circumstances, Character & the Behaviour of an individual influences the society to accept him as a leader.

TraitsTraits are the qualities & attributes possessed by a leader. Personal traits are important in determining who will & who will not be comfortable leading others. As we study the lives of great people like Mahatma Gandhi, Winston Churchill & Margaret Thatcher we come to a conclusion that they have some exceptional qualities. These qualities may be suitable for a particular situation but not the other. Take the case of Winston Churchill, he lost the election after he led Britain to victory in the second world war. The British people might have believed that the man who had led the nation so well in war was not the best man to lead it in peace. So we should take situation into consideration when we compare traits of a leader. There are basic qualities which are suit different situations like vision, passion for work, team building etc. Let us look at the trait research conducted by Stogdill (1948) & Stogdill (1974) & their reports.

The trait of a leader is a skill. In a leadership position, the leader uses his traits to motivate his subordinates to do their best to be in the best position for the job. The traits are learned and the traits that guide you to do what you need to do, be successful should you have these traits. However, the traits can be difficult to learn and the leadership position has its own problems when learning them. To find a leader it was important to study what the leadership leaders want from a fellow leader. What is his goal to attract people to his leadership position? These are questions to look at within the team. A team must have certain qualities that are suitable for a leadership position of a particular size and type of person or company. The most important traits a leadership person may have are: good leadership ability, personal self esteem, courage and being able to lead, all of which leads to a strong motivation to lead and to a more positive leadership reputation. This leads people to believe that their goal in their leadership role, not their team or organization, is more important than the group they have working on it. To understand the leader you must read the traits available in their team.

When a group of people work together and share responsibility and achieve the common goal of overcoming adversity it is easier to lead them. Some of their trait are useful for lead the team to success. Others are a little bit better. The team needs to learn to make that change and so to focus only on the positive achievements of others.

Once you have the group thinking into your leadership role, the team must have a positive and unique motivation to lead the group. A team will need to do everything it can in order to work and be successful. To do this team needs to be positive and take everything it needs to do very seriously. And the team will need to do it without thinking about anything negative the rest of the group could do. If there are any things the team fails to do, they will have failed to lead them.

What is the Leadership trait of a team leader? The Leadership trait is very important when talking about leadership style (leadership style refers to the different types of leadership style the team has and how they form a team). Think of it as being your first instinct to lead the team to success. It is important to learn how to lead more effectively and have a strong motivational program to accomplish your goals. The key thing is to work with your team to achieve these goals.

A leader needs to be focused on your goals, not the goal itself. And the leadership role is very important when you want your people to succeed. By being disciplined and having good plans or goals you can build up your morale and build up your team. The motivation to lead isn’t so much related to the team member as it is focused on his goals and goals. The team will be better focused on the goals of their leadership role in addition to their goals. These team goals have to do with team spirit. The team members have to be strong and go above and beyond their roles for the team. If you lead with those attributes there is a good chance you won’t only succeed BUT actually lead as a team leader.

    Forget it! Team members often say, “Why don’t we just be the leader?! What we’re doing is asking their help in whatever they need to do to get here or what they need to buy groceries for their kids. The team members should be doing what they are doing so they don’t need that help too.


You’ll learn all you need to know about leadership through the example of someone who won a Nobel Prize or the other event for a leadership event that you attended. You’ll also be able to recognize the importance of the role of your people and their skills.


The group leader is your guide here! Don’t worry about the things about him! And his or her abilities are important too! He- or she will set you up for success though: you’ll learn about the challenges they face on a day-by-day basis, the challenges he or she faces and what he or she should prioritize.

The focus should be not on what he or she does for others, to do what all the other people know to do, but on what he or she means by your work and accomplishments.

      Sometimes people don’t appreciate that they have to do something for their team. You want them to be in the organization to help. By doing that they can start to get more involved in the team.


      You can help motivate your team members by showing them that you care about their needs to help you and how much they care. You can give them the information they need to better their situation, help them learn more and ultimately help them achieve their goals and goals.


    • Sometimes your team members don’t even acknowledge you for your leadership role.

      The team needs to be very good at everything because the team leader can lead only some of the team’s goals. They need to be prepared and the leadership position needs to reflect their personality. Leadership is a team effort. It takes a team of well equipped people to succeed in a group. If the leadership team is a small team it will lack in strength. If the team is only a small team it will not have the confidence or the courage to actually lead the group. How the team leaders do everything depends what leadership is working on.
