The drying the berry is the operation that is causing the bottleneck. Currently they have 3 dryers operating at 200 barrels per hour. The capacity is only 200 * 3 = 600 barrels per hour.

Compared to the other operations:
Kiwanee Dumpers is (5 * 75 barrels per hour) * (60 minutes / 7.5 minutes) = 5 * 75 * 8 trucks per hour = 3000 barrels per hour
Average Arrival for each truck is between 5 and 10 minutes so about 7.5 minutes
Wet Storage capacity is bins 25-27 at 400 barrels each plus bins 17-24 at 250 barrels each. (3 * 400) + (8 * 250) = 3200 barrels
Dry Storage capacity is bins 1-24 at 250 barrels each minus bins 17-24 @ at 250 barrels each if used for wet berries. (250 * 25) — (400 * 3) = 6000 — 1200 = 4800 barrels

Destoning capacity is 3 * 1500 barrels per hour = 4500 barrels per hour
Dechaffers capacity is the same as Destoning at 4500 barrels per hour
The downstream operations are scheduled to begin four hours after the berries begin to arrive because the temporary storage bins are filled up first before processing of the wet and dry berries start.

From the table above, we assumed that 8 trucks will arrive in one hour carrying 75 barrels each so in one hour 600 barrels will arrive from 8 different trucks. This is the same as the bottleneck, the dryer capacity, so the processing of all the berries was completed 13 hours after the first truck arrived at the plant.
