WIRETIME, Inc., has interfered with an existing contractual relationship that Janet has with their company. So, this means WIRETIME, Inc. can go after BUGusa, Inc. for any damages because of them losing their employee Janet had with the company. So as being said since BUGusa, Inc. has specific knowledge of the contract that had been broken, then WIRETIME, Inc. had actively interfered with the contract that had been broken, and so WIRETIME, Inc. caused losses to BUGusa, Inc. and so there was for sure a tort committed.

The liabilities of BUGusa, Inc. may have with that Walters actions are intentional tort of employee and negligence of employees. And so, Walter is going to be responsible for his actions.
