In this homework assignment I will try to discuss Wal-Marts mission and vision statement as well as its code of ethics. It is a well-known fact that Wal-Mart had and still has many issues regarding ethics.
Wal-Marts Mission:
“We save people money so they can live better” in addition to this mission statement, the companys purpose is “If we work together, well lower the cost of living for everyone…well give the world an opportunity to see what its like to save and have a better life.”
In order to fulfill this mission Wal-Mart implemented policies to create the right corporate culture.
