No I do not believe that carrying co concealed weapons would reduce the crime in any state. In my opinion I think if there are more guns there will be more accidents. In 2008 a 3-year old toddler was sitting in the front seat at a gas station when he found the gun hiding under the seat. The boy then shot himself in the face. The police questioned the parents but no files have been charged. But these arent freak accidents. More than 500 children die annually from accidental gunshots. Some shoot themselves, while others kill friends or siblings after discovering a gun.

Imagine if everyone carried a gun. Maybe it would reduce crimes because everyone can fight back, but would it reduce death rates or gun related accidents. Honestly I would not feel very comfortable if every person had a gun. This is a situation I will never support. For many different reasons. The Second Amendment of the US Constitution granted all US citizens right to possess firearms. Why would the Founders go to the trouble of adding an amendment to the Constitution, the governing document for the country, if they didnt intend for it to effect government action? The whole point of the Bill of Rights was to limit government action and power.

However, in the wake of the gun-related violence in schools, colleges and even offices, many people have started to believe that a stricter gun control law can make that situation better. But if everybody carried a gun in this situation their would be more deaths. And if someone lost their temper theres no telling what would happen
