Learning styles differ from individual to individual, but are purely the approaches one takes in learning. It is the way our brains process, and stores information. Visual Learners, Auditory Learners, and Kinesthetic Learners are three different learning styles. Communication, and Collaboration plays a very important role in our society life today. In Almost everything we do involves some type of communication. Communicate, and Collaboration is also a great deal in different personality.

This essay is not intended to cover all ways of working in a group. As a group, you’ll be working with many personalities. This essay will begin by talking about the “three main ways” between working a group and life in general. You’ll also discuss the “three different ways” that work best, such as networking and communication. The three main ways are:Communicate ~Complement CommunicationI communicate when I have my head full of work. In work, I would like to communicate when I is able to listen. Sometimes, we have to think about our goals and goals- I think if we are going to be successful in a given job, we have to bring that work with us, not just when, but when we get that job.In other words, we have to try to be focused and not get distracted or worry about things. That can lead to very bad outcomes- the most difficult part is that most of us will get the job and get that job only a few weeks later. We have to be aware of the negative consequences. For example, if I stop speaking, you can hear my voice on my voice box in the back of your head or on my phone.  And I say things like, “I think you forgot, and I’m sorry”, before I start speaking. In other words, you need to understand that communication is a key to happiness- because a lot of times, you start speaking. But maybe you stop speaking when you start to listen- you stop when you begin to hear new phrases. Or you stop speaking when you begin to hear phrases that we don’t want you to hear (like, “Why did I say that?”) or when you start to think more about new ideas or things that we might not think to ask. It’s just that communication is our way of living and learning. We are all unique, but together we all have a way of communicating.Communication is the most important part of life- we communicate. Our relationships, our homes, our places, our friends– we communicate through our words. We communicate through our thoughts. We communicate because we think and we believe. But a lot of times, we need it more that we can’t, which creates more problems.Communication is a very important piece of life. If people do not know what communication really is, they will not see it clearly. It is not about finding words for things to ask or about things to talk about- it is about finding purpose- it’s about making sure we are communicating appropriately.Communication has to include one or two things- an action that we can do to find a solution to a problem, a thought that brings us closer, or a person who is talking about a good job- when it comes time to communicate we have to work more and more. It takes time, effort and commitment- I mean, in order to make a difference.Communication is also important to people in specific situations- in our homes, work, or life. For example- when we are struggling with a problem and find a way to solve it

Visual Learners One learning style A visual learner is someone who learns by seeing what information they are to absorb. Visual Learners like to sit in the front of the class so they are close to the instructor to fully comprehend the content of the lesson being taught. These types of learners enjoy a quiet place away from distractions to learn. Visual learners identify, and think with pictures.

Kinesthetic Learner described as the students in the classroom, who have problems sitting still, and who often bounce their legs while tapping their fingers on the desks. They can remember what was done, but have difficulty recalling what was said, or seen. They always can find a reason to move when they are bored. They sit near the door or someplace else where they can easily get up, and move around. Kinesthetic need to be active, and take frequent breaks.

Auditory Learner as this kind of learner has the ability to remember speeches and lectures in detail but has a hard time with written text. Having to read long texts is pointless, and will not be retained by the auditory learner unless it is read aloud.

Personality types classify the different in each person. They are many different
