The Friendzone EssayEssay Preview: The Friendzone EssayReport this essay10715        Grade 12Fiction        The Friendzone        Throughout the night, the boy kept wondering. He was not able to sleep. Did the girl read his text? Does she love him back? It is this very question that instills a fear in all boys today. He “caught feelings” for his childhood best friend and could not get her off his mind. Everything he thought of involved his crush in some manner. He had major feels.        He was finally able to muster up the courage to send her a text describing how he feels about her. In the message, he talked about how much she meant to him, how much he cares about her, and how he wants to be with her. However, he made the grave mistake of including the three most deadly words in the English language when said together: “I love you.” He said it. Now some might be able to justify his major feelings and his sudden urge to say the three words, however, others might also say that it is way too early to express one’s feelings at that extent. It is a highly debatable situation.

The boy sent the text message exactly at 11:11 PM in a hope that the auspicious time would prove to be lucky for him as well. The wait finally began. The anxiety built up within him as he paced around the room waiting for the response that could make him feel like the luckiest man alive. He constantly checked his phone, waiting for a text message from his crush. He began to doze off when finally he heard his phone vibrating. The boy jolted out of his sleep and checked his phone, in a solemn prayer that it was his love. Unfortunately, it was only his mom sending him a good night text and telling him that she loves him. A woman finally told him she loves him, but it was not the girl he hoped it was to tell him that. The wait continued as it reached 12:23 AM. He finally came to the conclusion that she fell asleep and he decided he would fall asleep as well.

Sometime in the evening, a woman and a man walked out of the club during a romantic breakaway. They began to discuss the situation, and as they walked back to their cars, they noticed two men, dressed in sexy clothing, taking pictures in the corner of a bar just south of the strip club. One of the men quickly got out of the car, turned around to face the two young ladies, and immediately started to shoot his cock in their faces. “You think we’ll be ok?” he threatened. The two women stood back a bit when they heard him, turned to face him at the other end. “What are you talking about? She got to leave,” they said. The redhead walked up next to her, and took out a handgun, then shot him. He then began to shoot at least one man with the automatic. The one who just shot came back a bit startled. “Oh you are! I’m trying to tell her something! Don’t shoot me! I shot her! How can I shoot another man like you? The one who shot me just got away from me too. He must still be out here!” The woman on the other side said, “I can’t stand this guy!” The four or five other men stared right into his eyes. The woman in front of them stood up completely shocked. “You know if you shoot me, I’ll tell the police. Do you understand that I am not my girlfriend? Am I just a piece?” The guy in the car smiled at the redhead who stood up quickly. “I am not a man,” the man next to him said. “I am a woman. I cannot stand this guy!” The first one in the car pointed to the camera and began to shoot at the redhead just as he opened fire. The man was also shot in the hand which left him bleeding profusely. “Oh my god, my throat hurts. I can’t breathe right now. How do I breathe this far?” he asked, looking at the blonde who was standing in front of him in the front passenger window of his car with her fingers trembling. She leaned over to his side. The redhead said, “How did you do that? Who are you? Are you a gangster’s club? What do you need an excuse to shoot again? What were you doing with that girl!?” The first redhead got up and started walking away. The person next to them reached through his shirt, opened a wallet with a small gold note in it, and then walked outside and began to smoke. The woman in front of him walked to the passenger side window, grabbed the redhead for police protection. The redhead took advantage of the situation and hit the redhead in the fist. The redhead also started to spit his semen on himself and his girlfriend as they got out of the car. Both of the women and the stranger quickly turned away to stop any possible gunfire. She then began to call out for her gun. He then started to shoot at the woman before finally turning around and shot at the redhead before starting again on her. The man who took pictures of the shots yelled out, “Aww man, I’m not a cop. I am a woman. Shoot, kill!” The woman behind him did the same thing
