are also welcome.
This is a non-profit organization. Most funds are from government grants.
Mission Statement
To protect the health and well being of all clients in the Sauk Village community
especially those most in need. To give service throughout the Sauk Village Community to
help with short to long term care for people with chronic and complex health problems
and those with social and economic problems. We are opening this community health
center to provide care and help to those that cant get help elsewhere. We are also here to
help the community to thrive and grow.
We do this by:
Implementing government policy
Continuing Program development
Increasing service capacity
Having a sufficient staffing
Supporting people to live independently
Improving the outcomes through prevention, screening and early intervention
Helping to reduce homelessness
The mission statement supports the ethical system by stating that we are here to
protect the well being of our clients, therefore that is letting them know that no harm will
come to them physically or mentally by way of discrimination or bias through our
organization. It states that we will provide the best care we possibly can for all people in
need. Our aim is to provide the care needed to help people recover their health with the
right health care, in a timely manner from the best staff possible.
The message that the mission statement is sending to the community is that we are
there to help and that we care what is going on with them. By stating we are there to
protect there well being means in all the ways they need help as far as education, job
training and health, mental health, help in general for the clients to become self sufficient
members of the community.
Value Statement:
To focus on the clients by working toward improving their health and well-being. To
always treat people with dignity and respect. We will do our best and always try to
improve the way things are done. We as health and human service workers will work
together to achieve the best results. We will not discriminate against a client because of
race, age, sex or sexual orientation .We commit to the services we provide to achieve the
best possible solutions for our clients and the community.
These values will inspire action and influence behavior because these are the values
already instilled in people. They are also in the code of ethics for health and human
services workers. This will and should influence workers to treat people as they would
like to be treated. The statements written here are morally correct.
These values relate to the organizations mission because all of this is for the well
being of the clients and the community. They relate to the mission because the value
statement is focusing on the working on improving the clients health and that is the
organizations mission. The value and the mission is to do what is best for the clients
without bias or prejudices. The values and the mission statement are basically stating
the same thing. There both about the well being of the clients and the community
In order to run an organization like the Sauk Village Community Health Care Center
