Setting Up :
Step 1: Language : Select English
Step 2: Currency and Timezone : Bangladesh, Dhaka, BDT
Step 3: User Details, As a First user, Put your name, email, Phone number (fake) and upload a photo.
Step 4: Company Details : Give some over view about the business that you are interested to do.
Step 5: Letterhead and Logo: Make a appropriate logo with the help of paint. Don’t copy paste this from the internet. In letterhead, combine the logo and name of the company together. Ideal image size will be 6×2.
Step 6: Add User if you can. (Free version usually allow only 1 user)
Step 6: Tax Details: Add 2.5% tax on product as a Vat
Step 7: Customers: Add name and details of minimum 5 customers
Step 8: Suppliers: Add name and details of minimum 5 suppliers from where you are going to buy your supplies. Search in alibaba.com for suppliers.
Step 9: Item Names: Add minimum 10 relevant item names.
Step 10: Got to -> Desk and -> Settings, Add user from right menu, Add Human resource, Accounts manager Make the admin and add 3 more users and give them some role.
