The rising unemployment in Kuwait has given rise to the Kuwait have actively decided to take up matters in their own hand by coming up with business ideas that are self-generating problem of female employment in the country however the women in and self-sustaining. The support of government, financial institutions and agencies and social circle has led to the development of more and more female employment that statistically proves that women have the will power and the talent to shape their own lives the way they want. This assignment deals with the factors that support the growth of female entrepreneurs and also how this has led to their personal development. The problem of unemployment against the rising population has alarmed not just Kuwait but the entire of the world. The situation gets even worse for women that have the talent and the knack for working shoulder to shoulder with the male dominated world
