America was created on the backbone of immigration, however; people were looking them as some sort of deviant. People never realized that we all came from different country, and maintained the power upon the land and resources. Pew Research report states that undocumented immigrants rose to an estimated 11.7 million in 2012, from 11.5 million in 2011. These undocumented workers are seen as deviant in this country, because people think them as a second class human being. One of the interview mentioned that undocumented workers need to work more hours than other people, and they paid less dollar, which is sad part of this country. We believe in human rights and equality; but some people are still treated as second class human beings. The labeling theory also played important role in our society. It was happened to him because of illegal immigrant; now he is in legal status and work in a good paying company. If we look around the business and companies, we would be able to find the illegal immigrant workers, who have been facing second class human treatment.

Despite the fact the US legal system is struggling with clear definition of the rights and obligations of those undocumented immigrant workers. The undocumented immigrant is one of the hot political issue in this country, but the government is still not able to come up with sustainable solution. In order to provide them equal workers rights, congress should act to support illegal workers with the full protections of labor and employment regulation, which could allow them for legal action against the discrimination and unfair act on the workplace.

According to our survey and interview data, illegal immigrants have been viewed as deviant in our society, especially in workplaces. People viewed them as illegal, jobless, Mexican, Asian, and refugee. Our survey data shows that 62.66 percent of people feel as though when other look down upon illegal
