EXECUTIVE SUMMARYThe purpose of this RFP is to inform potential bidders of an upcoming opportunity and to solicit proposals for their transportation services as currently required by the company. Based upon the review and evaluation of the proposals offered in response to this RFP, company may at its sole discretion negotiate and enter into contracts with one or more successful bidders. Not withstanding any other provision herein, bidder participation is absolutely voluntary.
