this is about religion islam.Recently, within the last year we have had a very sad, and tragic terrorist attack. All of us were very terrified and confused on why all this was going on. No one knew whom to blame, or what to do, everyone just tried to cope with it the best they could. September 11th 2001, was the most tragic incident the United States has seen since Pearl Harbor. But for some reason before anyone was sure who did it or who was behind the terrorist attack everyone said that it was Muslim terrorism. But the fact is, Islam in no way permits, promotes, or approves any form of terrorism. Many people think of terrorist when they think of the religion of Islam. But no one should judge something before they know what it is.
The religion of Islam consists of five basic guide lines that the Islamic people live by. The first of the five pillars is called, the profession of faith. This means that there is no God but Allah (just another name for god) and Muhamed is his prophet. The second pillar of Islam is worship. Muslims are supposed to pray 5 times daily at dawn, midday, afternoon, evening, and night. The third pillar of Islam is called fasting. Fasting is done in the month of Ramadan, this is supposed to be the holies
