Employment is the basic need of everybody in todays time because to live and survive its really important to have bread and butter and for that bread and butter you need money because money is life and to get money you need employment. There are very few jobs available when it comes to employment and whenever there are vacancies its like A light in a sea of darkness for everybody who wants to get employed so for a single job there is a cut throat and break neck competition in the market and if you want to get that job than you have to proof your self the best among others. In current time where life is a roller coaster full of challenges everybody wants to prepare him/her self for those challenges financially. When we were kids and we saw are parents going office in the morning and coming back at evening, at that time we were not aware of that, they are going office to earn money so that they can run their family Parents want to full fill all the desire of kids because kids are the apple of parents eye.
In todays time education is also very imp and that is why parents are sending there kids to the top school or college for best education and after getting good education definitely when these kids will go into the battle field of employment they will have more chances to get a good job in comparison to those kids who are not well educated and this shows that education is the ladder to success. Once you are employed that will be a Stepping Stones in your career and than you will be more confident to take your own decisions.
Employment is the one the biggest problem in India these day. We are the second most populated country in the world and our population is increasing by leaps and bounds but according to the population we dont have that many jobs available in our country and due to the lack of job people are going out of the country and choosing unfair means to earn there bread & butter to survive.
Every year thousands and thousands of graduates pass out of schools and colleges but they are unfit for any work, except office work. All of them cannot getting employed. This increases unemployment and that is why crime rate is also spreading like fire because of Unemployment. If we talk about 50 or 60 years back everything was cheep and the people were also very gentle but in present time everybody has its own world and people are so busy that even they dont have time for there family they wants to keep there family happy and thats is why they are working hard.
There are two sectors when it comes to employment Government and Private but to get the job in both the sectors is like hard nut to crack. If we talk about the Government sector we will have to give bribe for a job else the chances are very low to get a job and as far as the private sector is concern competition
