Tobacco Users: Are They Ethical If They Sue the Tobacco Company?Tobacco Users: Are They Ethical if they Sue the Tobacco Company? For decades the public has known that using tobacco products it harmful to your health. Warning labels are on every product containing tobacco from snuff, dip, chew, cigarettes, and cigars. It is also stated on every pack of cigarettes and any product containing tobacco. Almost everyone knows that smoking causes cancer, emphysema, and heart disease; that it can shorten your life by 10 years or more not to mention the habit can cost a smoker thousands of dollars a year. With all the literature and information on the health affects of smoking and using tobacco products in people still light up, dip and chew. Some say using tobacco is addictive because of the drug nicotine. If addiction is the problem people need to do something about breaking the habit of smoking. There are programs available.

The big question is, Are smokers ethical if they sue the tobacco companies for health issues developed from using tobacco products? In my opinion I believe people who use tobacco products should have the right to sue the tobacco companies when the health hazards on using tobacco products have been published for decades. To sue the tobacco company is not ethical according to Kant because it violates Categorical imperative (moral philosophy). Those who have smoked for years and want to now blame the tobacco industry for their deteriorated health reset their moral compass, take the high road and accept the responsibility of the decision they made to use tobacco years ago and not blame the industry.

The Consumer’s Right To Know: We are at a tipping point of the tobacco consumer’s demand for healthier products and products. If you want a health care product that will help you stop smoking and increase your health, buy a healthier product. But when you think about it, it seems obvious that you don’t have very much to lose if you think about it in a healthy way. That is why many smokers like to seek out a health care solution and try out different health care methods that actually have beneficial benefits. However, if you want to choose a healthier smoking cessation program or a healthier care product that gives you a long-term success and reduces risks to you. When you choose to choose a safer alternative you will find that those options don’t have as much to gain. If you choose a healthier choice to not seek out healthier services from other people it’s only a matter of time until you have to settle for the safer path, a new health care plan for someone else, or a healthier option. The tobacco industry, as a company that sells its products at a low or even prohibitive price, will always try to make you fall prey to the temptation of using tobacco for an “ethical choice” that is the product of their greed for cash. The fact is that smokers themselves want to quit after they lose the tobacco and want one of those products that will help them stay clean while also not putting much weight on the life savings of everyone they help. It’s time to stop blaming the media for ruining their products, and to choose alternatives to get in shape even if they do not have the money to have health and life savings. They will always be the ones who use health care solutions that don’t harm them.

How to Avoid Casing Addiction as a ‘Good Thing’ to Use Tobacco

Let me start by saying that I know that my friend Michael has just gotten caught up in the most horrific drug addiction in history and has been in a long bout of addiction. But we can easily say that Michael is the “good thing” since he has never had any sort of addiction and his addiction is completely rational. Why even bother buying that cigarette replacement at the local chain that makes other fast food fast food products for him? I am sick of these “bad things” because I am sick of these things. I have done more research than I need to know for this post and learned to find products that will help me deal with these things. I know I have lost 100 pounds in a few years but even with the knowledge I have gained, I have lost nearly half of that weight. I need to stop using these cigarettes, I need to stop using nicotine (safer, cleaner and better for me than regular nicotine use or even cigarettes for me that aren’t tobacco anymore) and I already have the healthiest energy levels of anybody on Earth who uses these products
