Eating Healthy in the United States
It is more than over two- thirds of United States children and adults overweight or facing obesity problems.( Ogden et al.,2014). The general overweight and the obesity are very high in African American and those of Hispanic (girls), are more overweight then Caucasian (girl), and obesity is higher then Hispanic (boys), then of African American , and Caucasian (boys), and obesity is really higher in the South, and Midwest( Ogden et al.,2009; Sherry et al., 2010).

This beings in broader aspects that many students around the world are overweight, and the government is trying to do something about it. The true facts are that more then 25% of 2-5 year olds are obese and over weight, and one- third of school age children are obese or overweight in the United States. (Center for Disease Control and Prevention, 2011). Many schools have came up with the plan of cutting back all snacks, can sodas, and any foods that are un-healthy to kids.

Many schools dietary concerns are foods that are fried, desserts, and items brought from any vendor machine must be changed . Their are more salads being prepared, and the vending machines now are stocked with water, juices, and snacks items that contains no sugar, and less salt. How is this helping the plan to help students lose weight. Well with 55 million school aged children being enrolled acrossed the United States students are now being able to make healthy choices, and they are doing by picking items that are less in sugar, salt, and the advertisement of the healthy foods are really helping with the change of students eating healthy.

A Growing Problem
The many different of changes in the way society choose to raise each and every child is different and this has caused a major set back in how kids are nourish. Many kids eat because of abuse in the home, bullying, a lack of loving ones self, and because parents force
