Aurangzeb, the Mughal emperor in the 18th century, waged a war against all non-Muslims, to force conversion into Islam. In the beginning of the 19th century however, the empire was defeated, and what remained of the Mughal Empire, now became the Sikh empire, under Maharaja Ranjit Singh. Hugh Barlow, the author of “Dead for God,” outlines multiple religions, such as Sikhism, struggling against forced conversion to Islam. In this published novel, Barlow uses the term Jihad, to reflect “holy war”;
“Over the next twenty-five years the spirit of Jihad continued to glow in pockets of resistance against British occupiers, and the Sikhs were eventually drawn into the conflict in a big way.”
Since the largest attack on US soil, due to this Jihad movement, there have been many terrorist attacks across the globe. The assumption we have on this is that these are horrible, evil people. When in reality, they are young Islamic men, taught to fight for this religious belief. It is a sad, and scary, realization when we look deeper into their causes and demands. It is their belief, that Islam will conquer all, and any who appose it will be killed. This is why there are so many terrorist attacks on innocent people throughout the world. No one is safe from this malicious cause, and unless the rest of the world takes a stand to stop it, it will continue to terrorize our children, and us for years to come.
Jihad and Islamism at war
The U.S. war on terror is a war designed to destroy all forms that support and contribute to the hatred, intolerance, and racism on all levels—both in real time and at close range. It is not a new notion, but the war has seen a disturbing rise over the last five years. In March 2013, more than 200 extremists from across Middle East attacked five U.S. embassies in the United States. The attack on the U.S.S. Milwaukee mosque in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, had been planned by Muslims who wanted to take full responsibility for the attack.
This is one of the most significant and destructive attacks on American lives, and by far, that I have seen in my personal life. From the moment I first learned of the attacks the people of Minnesota have been furious with the Obama administration for what they called their “tough love” policy. Since the attacks of Sept. 11, 2001, we have had a profound rise in terror, including the growing amount of radicalization. We have seen all the hateful rhetoric, innuendo, and terrorism this country has gone through, from the word “terror” to the “extremist movement,” with a huge amount of violence emanating the other way. These terrorists believe that their enemies are only doing what they can to keep power in Washington.
The terrorist threat created a culture of hatred, which started building in the 1980s when many members of the “moderate” movement joined the movement and started calling themselves Jihadists. It has continued for several decades now. Jihadists are now increasingly involved and in the ranks of the militant wing of the movement, with a number of key military leaders. The United States government should start calling this hate and extremism, not to say that we can eliminate it, but to change some aspects of our own policy and to begin recognizing that there is a need for peaceful means for the promotion of an understanding of their mission. The Muslim world needs to know that this is no longer a secret, only a reality for the people of the Middle East. If we do not act now, we have lost one of the most effective tools the government has ever given to us, the U.S. government.
A senior U.S. general said he has “conceded to all the groups of people who are anti-government extremists in the Middle East and Afghanistan” because the “Muslim world is not welcoming,” and said that that was simply “not true.” The group, which is led by Ayaan Hirsi Ali (founder of Ayaan Hirsi Ali America), says that Americans are being deceived and deceived when we “accept and acknowledge that the entire Muslim world is not safe and that Americans should not, in fact, be invited to join the Muslim world.” The general says that the U.S. is “not a safe place” for those “who are not Muslims, but who are a part of the “Islamic world.” In this interview he also said this:
“That’s a statement that I don’t really make about those with whom I worked and who are trying to do their jobs. But I tell the general that it is a point I know he would be very sympathetic to. He is quite in favor of a peace process, but I think it is absolutely unfair, if it takes place in the context of America’s military-industrial complex, because that’s one of the things that is wrong about these people. It’s very disingenuous, to say this group wants to build weapons of mass destruction in their home countries, which is obviously not the case, while it uses a lot of funds. It seems quite right to suggest that those who do their jobs, those who have lived in their homes, do their humanitarian work and it’s very unfair and unacceptable for those Muslims who are doing those things and to do these things to believe that they are just part of a political movement that is making a big deal out of something that they do.”
A senior U.S. official acknowledged that “the public has got to get over the idea that the American economy is going to be the problem … or rather, that the world is going to have to give some of these money to some other country which is not going to spend it well enough to get there. One of the problems with an economy in which there’s a huge amount of public money being spent, is that when they have to do that, they lose their job. … It is a great thing when we’re given $600 billion and you see billions that can be spent in the United States without ever making a living. So when we’re given $600 billion, you end up with a lot of joblessness, as opposed to a lot of work being undone. That’s really the root of the problem. The only way for us to make this happen, because we have to be an economy that encourages people to not want to do business, is by the people that are willing to work … they pay taxes, they get paid their fair share, so by the fact that they are able to use the benefits of this to create jobs when they have more resources, it’s really something that I think will be good for the American economy.”
And if the Muslim world is not willing to work for the American interests, or for America’s interests, then what will they be able to achieve by “saving” America’s citizens from terrorism and terror and the American security state from terrorists?

However; the Jordanian scholar Abu Muhammad al-Maqdisi considers the post-September 11th interpretation of Jihad as a “rave violation of God’s absolute unity”. Al-Maqdisi has written many books that denounce leaders of the Arab world for there adherence to laws made by man, rather than abiding to Islamic Law, known as Sharia Law. To Protect Jihad, you mustn’t harm the term Jihad, al-Maqdisi states that Jihadist never attack with long term plans, yet use random violent attacks, to harm non-believers. Although the attacks are random, al-Maqdisi says that Muslim terror attacks are well planned and thought out, but they don’t follow the turmoil they cause, such as they kill the leader, but don’t take the leadership. Al-Maqdisi’s emphasis on knowledge, and learning the truth about Islam, is clear throughout his various books that he has written. But unfortunately western civilization is scared.
