Good-morning everyone, As you all know now my name is Rishan and as per Mr Ashish instructions i conducted a brief SWOT analysis about myself. SO WHAT IS SWOT ANALYSIS FIRST..???????A SWOT analysis basically is meant to identify the strengths weaknesses opportunities and threats that an organization has, but for this short presentation I’ll discuss about some my personal strengths weaknesses opportunities and threats. So I’ll start with some of my strengths.1- One of my biggest strength according to me is my ability to adapt to different situations with ease.(Normally you can put me in almost any type of situation and i will somehow manage to mingle without much effort)2- Secondly, as per my mum I’m extremely patient while teaching others about things that i have the knowledge. I once tried to teach her how to drive,’ (that was such a long i tell you)’ on that day it took her almost 3hr to know how to make car move ahead. So yes i fink patience is one of my strength Some of my other strengths are: I’m creative, i have a strong determination, and i also have  a good sense of humour.Let’s move on to my weaknesses now.That part was extremely difficult for me as no one likes to realise their weaknesses.One of my weaknesses that i identified quickly was my lack of confidence while speaking in public just like now.For me that was my one and only weakness.  So i had to ask some of my friends what according to them was my weaknesses. Some of them told me that i usually get bored easily and some told me that i sometimes like to rule everything. After great reflection i realised it was kind of true.
