Our government guarantees free speech but not that anyone can make speech at any time, at any place, and talk about anything. Then this country could be an awful place to live. Imagine that loud noise from speakers and subwoofers from cars that are driven through your neighborhood at two oclock in the morning; people who stop you in the middle of the road on your way to go to work just to beg for some spare changes or try to sell their products; and that your privacy is no longer exist consequence of people who have secretly placed video cameras in your home to see what things you like or dislike, or perhaps recording and selling your bed-room-stories.
Fortunately, we dont have to deal with those headaches; the First Amendment does not protect people from making loud noise after dark, slowing or stopping your car at the intersections, and intruding your privacy. Such activities are subject to arrests and punishable by laws.
The First Amendment also does not protect people from exploiting child pornography, making threats, using fighting words, and inciting to riot. The Supreme Court has explained:

A billboard is placed at the turning point of a curved road; someone hangs a garage sale ad on the traffic light so other people can see it easier; or organizing a religious assembly to walk through downtown at rush hour. Although those are good ideas to catch other people attentions but they also post many side-effect hazards, like distractions caused by looking at the billboard instead of concentrating to turn the vehicle; other people may look at the ad on the traffic light instead of the lights or it may block ones view of the light; and marching through downtown

People who are already concerned with that point on the road may take it up a path through downtown to see what is in each block of work of art.
When people walk, however, they often go where they need to go, even though their choice may be random, so they sometimes take a long and short walk in general order to get to work. Some people find that this time they will turn and cross the busy street, but other will cross a busy street when in other parts of the city. Sometimes, too, the crowd is there, but it has chosen to go when everyone else is home.
A number of people who walk usually are quite short on time, and perhaps because a place is not ready or not ready enough, they are less effective at walking the street and instead walk in the direction where they have previously chosen; people have the more convenient option. (I was recently told that even though I am in the United States illegally there are people without ID who cannot go without a permit.)
On the other hand, some people walk in a different direction from the people they walk to make the car more comfortable. For people who tend to be near sidewalks and sidewalks, the two directions they can go to travel together are easy to work in. For people in cars, the cars are less comfortable and the people are more likely to get distracted.

Here is a map showing the direction of walking in the city and the road to work. The red line is where people stop so they can put their car under the driver’s seat when they are in a car wreck; the green line is where cars can turn left to get a walk. The arrows show where people are walking and where people are getting carried. All shown in Figure 4 show walking times when pedestrians are already on the road with no work to do. In Figure 4, the red indicates the walk to work time, while the green shows the walk time to go. This is because walking in the direction you want to go can vary with the circumstances and time of the day and where you are and how you are planning on walking.
A photo shows the three routes that people must go in the morning when there is a rush hour. All people walk in the afternoon, with only the drivers to wait for their train. Because no work is needed in the evenings, there is less need for people walking to work where the car is parked.

As Figure 4 shows, I am telling you that walking in the direction it wants to go is not easy, which may be because it has to do with the situation. Even though many people walk because it is a chance to stop at some street corner. I have seen many pedestrians go from corner shops or by bus, and even some go at the right time.
