2/ Tell us about a successful team you have been a part of. This can be a sport team or a project team at university.
I felt happy when I read this question. I think when we joined an environment of university, we needed a group for studying. And now, I had sought a best group which I always have been a proud of. We named this group is “6 Group”, which we had memories to give. My team has 6 members, the reason why we gave a name for group and call each other by nickname. They are Mai leader, Dung, Duyen, Mr.Quang, Super Hai and Dung.
We always listen to each members opinions. We share anything about the study or job, family, friends, and love.
A leader receives the project from school, we concentrate on working and distribute work for everyone. They come a meeting on time, and discuss to proceed the project.
Sometimes, we also hang out to relax by drinking coffee or playing sport (badminton), just for fun, and from that we can understand the thinking of each member in group and their character.

Make a right purpose
When I received team project, I suggested everyone has to read books so that let your opinions on the paper and make recently a meeting. I also do that, I research to give them my purpose for project and make a structure of topic then share with together. Sometime, my purpose can be wrong, but I accept that when my friends contributed and shared.
Contribute work
I contribute work suitably for everyone after finishing make a right purpose. At the same time I make a table to assign for everyones tasks and deadline.
Remind
Besides topic, they have many activities at school so that I remind their duty for work.

My hobbies such as: music, read news, sport, handicraft.
