Dear Mary,
I am writing this e-mail as a letter of substantiation per our conversation. My friend and I study together and make the same notes. The incident that occured was because we use similar notes and comprehend things with respect to a foreign language. We make several study notes and study for hours just to understand the material in such a way that we would not forget it.
Im sorry about the incident because I wasnt aware that we were not allowed to use our notes. I thought that group-studies were an advantage to us.

The quiz 1 that I took for this class was similar to Danishs for the only fact that we both are study partners and we have the same notes that we use to take quizzes. We werent aware that we were not supposed to use the notes at an online quiz. I really appreciate you letting us know now, and we will make sure that this will not occur in the near future.
