The expanding crisis of individual rights violations concerning digital, and electronic devices concerns the courts working on the possibility of new laws.

These difficult decisions became some of the toughest tests an experienced law enforcement officer, or deals with daily. The confidence of public safety, trust, and individual rights ensures everyone working within law enforcement uses core values of integrity, honesty, fairness, and truthfulness. Every law enforcement officer trained in ethics, cultural diversity, and sensitivity becomes more prepared and confident. This understanding of cultural diversity and core values foundations defines the balanced concepts federal, state, and local law enforcement uses to understand any situation within any community (Davidson, 2006).
Use of Force Continuum

The first level details the professional officer presence may quieten a situation without drawing a weapon, or use any force (Hickman, 2006). The officer’s attitude friendly, professional, and nonthreatening toward the selected vehicle stopped. No force needed, and considered the best way to resolve any situation. Second level shows the officer using voice commands and strength become non-physical. The increase of verbalization shown because the person does
