Llamas and Alpacas were also used as a mean of transportation in order to keep a constant commercial exchange with other towns from the coast. Motivation Seminar: Motivation is one of the main key to increase business profit by changing the attitude and the way of thinking will encourage the staff members to be more motivated which lead to increase efficiency and also some of them may want to work extra hours. Personal development is the process of understanding and developing oneself in order to achieve one’s fullest potential. Which means will help us to be more creative and come up with new idea to offer customers.
