A Little League Program
Introduction
Tackling the running of a Little League program can sound relatively easy at first but if you are to ever accept this challenge you will discover that it brings several tasks and challenges many would never even imagine. As we develop an appropriate team to ensure a successful season, we will explore the topics of Team Design, Team Performance and Productivity Evaluation, Threats to Team Performance, Compensation and Performance Appraisal Strategies and Team Communication Strategies.

This committee should also log all games that are umped so that the umpires can be paid out appropriately at the end of the season.
