Entrepreneurial skills are so vast and range from so simple that we wonder why no one thought of them to so complex that we wonder how someone could come up with such an idea.Success of every business is founded by one entrepreneurial idea. The strength of this idea is what makes a startup successful (Vasquez, 2017).
Air pollution has become a great menace in China with over 1 million related deaths annually. This has greatly led to the growth of china’s auto industry. One of the main focuses for china as they seek for a clean environment is the use of electric cars. In 2017 China churned up to 680,000 electric cars and buses. This entrepreneurial idea has been triggered by various factors.
Stroke of genius: this is where one is able to generate their own ideas. Wake up in the morning with new ideas that they have no idea where it came from. This is however quite rare.
Inspiration is another source of entrepreneurial ideas where engineers get inspired from things that already exist. These could be from the society, TV, environment as well as due to necessity.
The society is a major source of giving ideas to all sectors in an economy. Engineers are able to come up with ideas to fit the needs of the society in which they are living in. The development of society also means the development in ideas. With China having everything automated/ electric, it is only right for engineers to think of creating electric cars.
Television is also a great source of insight and motivation. One is able to easily see what is being done in other places in the world hence come up with similar ideas. For electric cars, Chinese engineers may borrow a lot of ideas from Japan who are also going electric with regard to their motor vehicles.
Nature is also a great source of inspiration for the engineers in the creation of electric cars . The environment within which an engineer lives in motivates a lot of his ingenuity. For example living in a country that is as well developed and has great opportunities for innovation, an engineer is motivated to come up with great ideas and creation. The type of training and resources available are also as important in the motivation of an engineer to come up with certain creations.
Engineers also get ideas from brainstorming. This is where they sit down with an aim of coming up with an idea or a new invention. Brainstorming is a powerful way of coming up with ideas as an engineer is able to research on the field that they want to make an invention on. They hence come up with properly put ideas with their pros and cons hence the idea is likely to succeed.
Necessity is also a source of idea for the engineering industry. In China, the need for a clean environment led to them coming up with new sources of clean energy. For this reason, china has been able to automate and electrify most of their industries to ensure little or no pollution. With about a million deaths annually all caused by pollution it was a matter of public concern for the country to come up with new ideas. Necessity therefore has been on the backbone of creation of electric vehicles in china.
In conclusion, Innovation requires a lot of insight and motivation. For engineers in the creation of electric cars, nature, environment, society and necessity gives the required motivation and insight. It is also upon an engineer to come up with ideas through brain storming in order to remain the crème de la crème in innovation and technological creations.

According to WHO, air pollution in china causes an excess of up to 1 million deaths annually. China has been looking for ways to minimize air pollution in the country. The country has been auto mating everything and it most recently came up with electric cars. In 2017 China came up with about 680,000 electric cars and buses, the largest number of such type of vehicles in the whole world. So, what triggered this entrepreneurial idea?
Entrepreneurship is the process of planning, launching and running a new business which for a start is initially a small business. All businesses in the world from the small enterprises to multibillion dollar firms start with one idea. Business ideas in the fashion industry are mainly grounded on what motivates the potential entrepreneur and what gives them insight.One has to come up with great entrepreneurship ideas for them to stand out in the industry. So the question is, where do these entrepreneurial ideas come from?
