The theories among Cesare Beccaria, Cesare Lombroso and Émile Durkheim are very differences in crime. Although there are very different to each others, there are some similarities in these theories as follow.

The Similarities between these theories in drugs crime
As mmentioned above, Lombrosos theory is very different to Durkheim and Beccarias theory, due to the fact that Lombrosos theory proposed in biological aspect which is very different to what the classical school established. Therefore there are hardly any similarities between Lombrosos theory to Durkheim and Beccarias theory.

Although there are numbers of differences between these theories, there are also some similarities in between.
Both Durkheim and Beccaria are listed in the classical school as one of the theories which indicated the similar criminology theories, on the fact of crime commits naturally and follows criminals “free will”.

Durkheims theory suggests sociological theory, crime happened in the nature world is normal; crime happens because of the sociality. It suggests that drugs crime happens due to the fact of supply and demand in the sociality. There are people who have the demand in drugs among the sociality; therefore there are people selling and supplying drugs.

Beccarias theory have a similarity point of view, people commence crime in order to satisfy their appetent. People breaching the legislation of selling drugs because selling drugs is high in return in consideration; due to the fact that selling drugs gives high in return in money, therefore people risk themselves in breaching legislation.
