Computerized Working System – Enrollment SystemIntroductionThe technology today plays a vital role in our society. It makes man work easier and fast. It lessens errors of work by using computer. It lessens cost to an organization from paper work up to computerized working system. Many manual transactions can be computerized by using a software application or computer system to make work easier and effective information technology can give a company ready access to improved product and service quality, reduce costs, increase productivity is smallest time possible and communication bet staffs and to make things with lesser effort but having a better output and even improve company morale.Computerization is a control system that manages processes in Industrial workplace. It reduced human errors and processing time, thus it can boost productivity and resulted into high quality of product produce. In Information System, computerization is concerned about interrelating different but interdependent transactions. This can result in a system with well-integrated processes that can perform much faster and more accurate than a manual system.Enrollment is the process of entering and verifying data of student to register on a particular school. Different interrelated processes build up enrollment procedures called Enrollment System (ES). ES are used particularly in recording and retrieving students’ information. Tracking students’ information is also one feature of ES, in which the school can trace the standing of a student. Verifying payments was also added to update or browse students’ billings. Enrollment System is a good example of a computer generated process. This can lessen the workload and provides accurate information needed of the school. As a result, it will benefit not only the student but the administration as a whole
Enrollment System is very essential in a school. In the case of General Santos City National Secondary School of Arts and Trade, it is composed of a manual system. Directress used manual system in recording and retrieving students’ information. She also has information about students’ payment. In fact, she does all the record keeping just by using ballpeen and columnar sheet. On the other hand, Registrar Department also used manual system as a way of recording and retrieving student information. Another department is PTA Office that administers students’ payment manually. Above our observation, human interventions will highly involve in this type of system. As a result, this may involve errors and redundancy of data resulting troubles in organization.
2.  *The System for Student Administration (SAT)  is one of the most important aspects of the State college system. As part of its system they are: (1) the Faculty Office, which has the responsibility for writing and organizing all student information, all the student information of which they are responsible, including student information from the School of Arts and Trade in order to organize the student enrollment. Moreover; and; (2) the University and its offices, which are held in trust by the SAT Council for the Student and Academic System. In order to participate in SAT, students receive information. It is a matter of the organization of the information, the collection of which is very important to us.
The first thing that we want to keep in mind is that the SAT process in order to have the students participate in it is a step one in the process of gaining the right to enroll. So, while the University is being in a state of complete financial collapse, the Students Union is being in full control of the SAT process, they are going to be informed when, how, where and when they will receive information on the SAT and SPA. As in most other colleges, the Committee of Ministers of Academic and Student Affairs also have the responsibility for the decision making on student enrollment. They also are responsible for the coordination of the student information with their superiors. On the day of the meeting for this purpose our Committee of Ministers heard from several of the Student Union members about their understanding of the SPA. This will take over the time that is involved and also on the day that the committee of Ministers is out of session. Furthermore, we do not want to rush the action, but if the student unions can help, it is good news that many of them are not too concerned with that. We hope in future that the student unions will continue to have that important responsibility. Our committee of ministers will also carry out an inquiry into the situation. We want to also hear from other SPA members about the decision on student enrollment, as we have the knowledge necessary to know who really is the SPA. Finally, we want to clarify to you to our comrades at the other higher levels of the Department how we are going to deal with students who have been enrolled not only in the System but as the official employees of their school. Therefore, it is important to clarify clearly and clearly that no one works for the Student Union, and as such we can not help them, especially if the students are in their current predicament. However, they are on our side and will be the first to receive the information necessary to fulfill their full responsibility.
