Mediconnect GlobalEssay Preview: Mediconnect GlobalReport this essayGlobalThere is a strong comparison in how resources were obtained and used at Mediconnect and Handspring. Both companies had founders that were great in what they did, and that was developing technology; furthermore, they both had access to generic resources. The one small difference is that Handspring was able get a venture capitalist to invest in the company because the founders had already developed a good reputation with their development of the Palm product. On the other hand the possible venture capitalist for Mediconnect had asked the opinion of a woman, they trusted, whether or not they should make an investment in Mediconnect. At the time she did not feel like it would be a good move because they were lacking experience in business and operations management. This shows that both companies had already built up their resource bases; however, they lacked the business operations and management knowledge. Mediconnect had built up enough of a resource base that they were able to acquire a facility, produce a product that customers wanted and were willing and able to pay for, along with some customers; however, they lacked the social and operations management knowhow that was needed to make the company successful.

It was crucial for Mediconnect to find a business savvy person to run the company if they wanted to succeed and not go out of business. Amy was a great fit for the company because she already had entrepreneurial experience running her own successful IT company; therefore, she not only added operations and management knowhow but was able to add value to Mediconnect. Not only was Amy very business savvy she also managed to develop the operations and management aspect in to a core competence. This enabled Medicare to create value and gain a competitive advantage over their competitors and come back to life in the marketplace. Furthermore, bringing on Amy as the CEO gave the venture capitalists a positive feeling;

The Future

Mediconnect was successful and the company is now on way to having a large client base in the United Kingdom. In 2015 the company launched a Kickstarter that is expected to reach more than 10,000 backers. At present the company has over 15,000 backers, so that’s something we are hoping to attract over the next year and a half. In 2017 this will rise to 20k or 40k.

This means that the company has over 5,000 staff to manage their business! It should take a whole year or more for that to happen (hopefully, I’m mistaken).

As a side note, don’t get me wrong, Mediconnect are very well supported by their people and as we’re already seeing this kind of leadership come from the top down, I really think that you’re going to follow them a lot this year. It’s too early to say how many people have contributed, but it’s a long way from any number I can think of to see that. Also, one can not imagine what the future will hold for the startup itself! The world seems very different when you put together all the people who have come together to form the company!

In addition for our new client, we’re delighted to be back with such awesome founder and CEO Brian J. We’ve just started using the Kickstarter and working with the staff to raise and finance a large amount of the money needed for the company’s initial fundraising goal. We’ve had excellent support from everyone, but one only has to listen to our community and ask them what they think about helping Mediconnect succeed. While the team here at Mediconnect have had the great support of their community and they also have a lot of respect from their fellow community members, they are far from the only ones who appreciate the success of the company and feel the same. I’m very proud that this project is so well received here in Britain! The team is very active and they have been pushing the boundaries of what we can do well and I’m very thankful to everyone else for that.

We’re committed to working more with our international partners, including some that we had previously failed, and we’ll continue to do that.

Lastly, I want to point out a few things before we begin to address issues that have been raised lately with Mediconnect. The last few weeks have been the most negative by far for people who may have never read about Mediconnect. It has often involved the following topics:

How to manage finances

How to build relationships with other organisations

What is the cost of being a member? Is there a cost to not being a customer? So, just a few additional things that all the new members of Mediconnect received from past backers, I think are really important.

How to manage healthcare costs

Is there
