Theories:The theories in the 21st century pertain to the statues of each individual state that issues a sentencing to a person when they commit a crime and is based on factual information.

Procedure:Procedures in the 21st century are handles very effective and diligently in this century and usually does not take an enormous amount of time considering the evidence obtained.

Diversion:“Diversions are not to be ignored with regards to the criminal justice system and scrutiny”(Dingwall, G., Gillespie, Alisdar, A., 2007).PreventionPrevention can only be achieved by properly schooling juvenile offenders of the consequences at hand. The most significant source of correctional law is the United States Constitution and the Bill of rights. These two sources regulate the power the government has over the people and gives detail into the natural rights of every American and the limits in which the government can interfere. These also seperate what is a right and what is a privilage. The Constitution gives discription of the rights of the people that even convicted felons are intitled to. This is also true for the Bll of Rghts. These tell what the rights are of the people and the mandatory access to information, courts, media, and speach of the American people.

Preventing delinquencyIn this regard, a high number of states have not yet taken this approach. All are involved courts in the criminal justice system but in California, a program is being started based on a model from the states through the California Youth Justice Task Force, which is trying to address these problems, rather than pursuing criminal justice reform. This program will include the establishment of a Juvenile Justice Assistance Act between 2004 and 2015 and the introduction of a State Policy that will allow an increased number of Juvenile and Family Judge Advocates who are experienced in providing services in addition to youth justice, to choose prosecutors or to take up a position with a juvenile court. The most important aspect of this policy is a review of its most effective and effective tools. As such, it gives an updated concept of how to act if and when an offender is about to commit a crime and how to address that crime. A lot is also done to strengthen the criminal justice system, and the results are still being made. According to the National Center for Justice Statistics, a quarter of the population in the United States aged 17+ has the lowest grade of criminal justice or criminal justice for a specific age. Since the criminal justice system in the United States has expanded through a host of factors (criminal, health, income), increasing incarceration has taken place in this age group. It has also increased the incidence of nonfatal gunshot wounds which the average age for a gun shooting incident in the United States would be if this age had remained the same.

Determinants of Juvenile Justice ReformThe concept of juvenile justice reforms has been developed quite different than the one discussed here. Instead of giving a specific list of the best programs and policies to take on the problems created by that particular program we have identified a specific set of resources that can aid the development of a program that addresses the needs of the population. There have been several different types of reform schemes that were used and have been successful. It is also possible that a larger number of programs have been implemented that are both better funded and available if not all of the recommendations that have been put into place to bring about some of these programs are in place. However, we do have some good reasons to take a look here and it is certainly not a “be-all of that” approach when it comes to policy formulation of youth justice reform. The current approach taken by the state of California (after making some changes and focusing on the specific programs that are part of it) should be considered something that is still being worked out.

The California Youth Education Fund is supported by a number of federal or state programs; some of these require a higher level of education and therefore more funding, while one of these has been approved. The program is funded by the Youth Education Aid Trust, the National Fund for Children and Families (ANFFC), and the National Governors Association, both of which are dedicated to strengthening the children’s educational system. The overall purpose of the fund is to provide resources to young people with the greatest opportunity and the lowest possible cost to create positive change in the society they will be living in. It is estimated that over 30% of the youth program in California is funded by an annual tuition fee of between $9 and $28 dollars. The remaining 25% of funding for the program goes to the State Education Agency, which has an annual budget of over $50 million.

In general, the federal government is a part of the funding of the youth education

I think the Amendment that is most important to an incarcerated individual is the right to a speedy trial and witnesses. I think this because of a few reasons. Every individual has the right to know that their case is being heard and that they can adress issue of their case in a timely manner. Also that they can call witnesses to testify on their behalf to help either prove their innocence or wrong doing. While in prison this is a big issue and I think this is the biggest right
