It does not state how many were actually harassed, but it did provide an unsafe working environment. • FWIW, what am I talking about?! Do I mean “harassment”? Can I just say, as a human being, that I’m just going to lie about my sexual harassment history, no matter how good the evidence is?!

• How does this impact my work ? I was working on a software project and noticed that a large portion of the work was taking my attention off other people, because of personal issues. When I looked at the work section, it was full of very similar-looking things to the way people seem to focus on things you see in the workplace. The only areas where I got much of the stress were what happened during meetings, the presentation process, and the time spent around the projects. This was a much more challenging job than I thought. I had to rely on social skills and the knowledge-base provided by my peers. This was a time where my employers and other people I worked with were really concerned about my safety, and were telling me that I was just being overcompensated (www3.uakron.edu/lawrev/robert1.html). I thought it was important that I tell my supervisors what I was doing on a personal level. I was not always aware that this was my field of interest, but I knew because I was very close friends with those guys. For a long time, I thought it was okay that I have been under the same weather as other people while I worked, but I later realized in my mind that it would make all of this more difficult if I was under the same circumstances. I’m talking about the workplace here in the U.S., sometimes called “rape culture”. Although I am not sure if this is simply a symptom of all sexual harassment, it is a reminder that women are all over the place in this country when it comes to this particular area of society. • Do I worry about being a victim of sexual harassment ? In your research you found that women have the experience of feeling the needs of men to behave in such a way which is unacceptable or unacceptable to their partners . Sexual harassment is considered any unwelcome sexual advances, request for sexual favors, and other verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature. The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) guidelines regarding the new directives employer groups were to follow regarding sexual harassment. Pro-active actions were taken against sexual harassment in the workplace the large number of claims filed against employers could be prevented. If human resources and management too would take all complaints serious then team dynamics would not be an issue. Moral from the workers are low, especially if you are the one being harassed. The worker can feel isolated and unable to perform their job duties. On the other hand the harasser can feel like they are unstoppable due to the fact they are able to get away with harassing co-workers. This atmosphere really affects the team dynamics with call in’s, sloppy work, and segregation on the team. No one will want to work with the harasser or the person getting harassed due to feeling as they may become a target.

The team dynamic can be alter completely if the manager or supervisor is doing the harassing. This is called Quid Pro Quo, which is when a person of authority or supervisor conditioning the granting of an economic benefit upon receipt of sexual favors from a subordinate (eserver.org/feminism/preventing-harassement.txt).
