Every time I am asked to complete a personal assessment test I wonder if I am going to get the same results as a previous test, if I am going to get different results, or if I am going to learn something new about myself. By taking the following three tests; Self-Awareness Assessment, Learning Style Inventory and Tolerance of Ambiguity Scale, I realized that my strengths and weaknesses are built on the type of person I am. I have learned that I am a cautious person, but also very driven. I am aware of my values and my need for improvement.

After completing the Self-Awareness test I have a better understanding of how the five most critical areas of self-awareness reflect my personality. When I calculated my results I found that I fell into the third quartile group, meaning that I am a little higher than the average score. I feel my biggest challenge from the five areas of self-awareness is the core self-evaluation. This means I am aware of my self-concept by knowing who I am as a person and what my values and weaknesses are. My weaknesses often show through when I receive negative feedback or when I am criticized, but I also learned that there are ways in which I can improve myself.

In the Learning Style Inventory assessment I am defined as an accommodating style. This means I work best with hands-on and challenging experiences. In my current job I am faced with many new and exciting challenges every day, whether it be creating a new logo and brand for a company or finding ways to better a company. Interestingly,
