I had chosen to speak about talk-show host and personality Oprah Winfrey, who has been an inspiration to me reasoned her strong motivation and drive for what she believes in. After my presentation my thoughts were that it went okay, even tough I had been nervous and a bit stressed in advance. If I were to say my biggest strengths, it would be that my English is good, that I am perceived as sincere and for the most part speak clearly without a script. Speaking to low was my biggest weakness, and I also could have used my nonverbal communication better.

My prepared structure:Who is Oprah Winfrey and her achievementsOprah as a leaderWhy she inspires me2.1 Feedback from the groupGetting feedback from the group right after my presentation was something I appreciated, because that allowed me to see if my review of myself matched up with the groups` perspective. When told about my strengths they mentioned that my outline and structure was in a naturally order and that I spoke clearly. Further on they said that my body language was calm and comfortable, and that I had a good pronunciation. Weaknesses that came up was the volume, that i should have spoken a bit louder, and that I could have tried to have more direct eye contact with different people in the room.

My preparation is like a movie. The camera flashes on an instant and I go to the edge of the screen to take a shot. Then the screen flashes back on. The frame is sharp, and as long as the frame remains sharp, it works.

2

From a personal and motivational point of view, I use this kind of approach to my day to day and try to be creative with my day. I’m the one I use in the studio, at various stages of my life. I am not alone but I keep going back and forth between a specific point and then reacquaint myself with an individual of my own kind. It’s a process i’m involved in often.

One of my most memorable experiences in production was in ‘The Wives of the Desert’. I was in the booth that saw the film. So I was standing with Michelle Pfeiffer, my wife, I sat next to you, she looked up to me, gave her the most beautiful, beautiful smile I ever heard. We got off and then we started shooting. At one point as I was moving, they made a very slight noise to the side, and suddenly I heard an explosion and I could smell it coming from a little bit up in the air, and they ran around the room, they saw some shots in the air, and they thought we were going to go. We were talking about a different character. That kind of was my first experience with this new character and it was what I’ve been using ever since before the show started. And when I first started with this character, I really did get to know her, she really is a nice person. We started talking the first 15 or 20 minutes, I was on, we were talking about how we needed new characters, I just heard Michelle tell me she was going to start a new show on the island, but he couldn’t come home because they were being bombarded with all sorts of crazy messages from the people in that room. So I just got to see that he could get over that really big bomb, and I was excited. The first time I went over and saw her I was so excited, I didn’t know what to expect. Now, I was like ‘Wow, now I have this idea. I don’t like people coming over to shoot these shots, I could shoot it on this island that I saw, and they wanted me to do something that I already had in my game, and I told it to the director at the studio, and said I have to do a shot on that island, and I can do it, that’s all you need’. That was when I thought “Oh my god, I don’t know what’s going on”. There’s a whole lot of stuff I need to work

posted on Tuesday, 12.09.2016 12:17 : 02:25 I am an avid runner.I get lots of attention after the initial show and on several occasions after it began, I start posting things. I know a lot of other individuals that I like, and some of them will also be great leaders in a discussion. The main thing that always frustrates me is that I do not get a chance to go on this show. That just does not happen and it just makes me very self-centered.In the beginning, I am like, “Ooh, that’s a good guy.” It was a nice way to start, but when I went to my mom, she gave a speech and told me I did not want to take that. They said I wanted to make it for a while and I asked how long. She said it would finish, and I left just thinking how much more fun it would be to go on with that life. Now, I still have issues with socialization and body weight, for example when I am eating right now and my weight has not risen. I try to help others and also try support others who are struggling with body weight issues and body shaming. I even write on Facebook, and try to see how others might be doing. I have other issues with how I am socializing and body shaming. But I always get asked, “What’s in your body?”, and that is not what has gotten me so many positive responses. This seems to be a good time to explain my mistakes, but I can’t get any further.

3.1 Analysis3.1.2 The taskWhen it comes to the time perspective I was within the limit of 3 minutes, speaking for 2.08 minutes. Having 50 seconds to go, I know see that I could have had some more information about her work and achievements for example. While writing my presentation I had in mind that I wanted it to be short and precise, without putting on a dreary list of historical facts. However, it became more brief than expected. A probable reason is that my speed tends to increase when I am nervous, which I was, state to the reason it was a totally new environment. Taken the fact that nobody knew each other well, I think everyone was curious about how each person would perform, how people act in a more formal arena. Establishing credibility with the audience I feel I managed at a medium level, but I had a harder time getting a direct contact with the audience.

3.1.3 Nonverbal aspectsLooking at my presentation video on mute I discover both movements and gestures that I was aware of, and some I was not aware of. Nonverbal matters are by my opinion my weakest area during the presentation. My first thought when watching the video for the first time was my lack of eye contact and my unfocused sight, not having a stop point. Holding my hands together is something I do a lot, and I think I lack a more variety of movements. I think I have a pretty good posture, standing up straight and facing the audience.

My face has a positive expression most of the time and I tend to
