SUBJECT: APPEAL FOR REVIEW AGAINST OFFICE ORDER NO: C-118/E-6204 DATED: 30-07-1995.
While I was working as SDO Ravi road sub division under fort division electricity Wapda Lahore During the period 4/95, I had been served letter of explanation NO: C-2669-E6204 Dated 29-05-1995. Against This referred LOE I made a representation to the then chairman (AEB)Wapda Lhr. through letter dated Nil (copy attached). After the personal hearing, I was awarded the penalty :
“PLACED 2/TWO STAGES BELOW IN THE TIME PAY SCALE OF 2/TWO YEARS”.
on 25-08-1995 I made an appeal against this penalty to the then MD, distribution Wapda house Lahore. The action on the said appeal is still pending on his part.
