One of the responses that is given by the writer is to start a second career. I am interested in this point because in my opinion, walking on a different path is an opportunity to start a new journey while gaining experiences. Back in my country, I know some retired teachers in early fifties start running business as a second half of their life. Teaching people uses a different method compared to trading things with people. School management is also different from handling a business. The early stage of starting something new might take some times, but worth for our living. Therefore, I should be brave enough to build a second career in the future than stick to the same job for the rest of my life.

The next chapter of the reading assignment entitled ‘The Educated Person’. The writer defines the postcapitalist society is both knowledge society and society of organizations. Intellectuals and managers in an organization are said to be opposites, but do need each other. I agree with this point because good management will make sure brilliant ideas suggested by the intellectuals will flow smoothly to do them. There is a great story on June of 1995 that can emphasize the importance of intellectual and management to be at the same time. A health worker in a tiny and far located town in Zambia gets the answer on how to treat malaria. However, there is no poverty-related organizations that involved in the case such as the World Bank to help the knowledge to spread out where millions of people in the world could use it. Therefore, from now on, I will be preparing myself in management to make sure that excellent thoughts are well taken care of. This engineering management course will be a good way to start acquiring the skill.

In addition, the writer also elaborates on making a knowledge to the path of knowledge. Specialists are said to be responsible to make both themselves and specialty understood. Besides, in a knowledge society, knowledges are equally the same because there is no “queen of the knowledges”. The point presented by the writer is agreeable because a person need to know their specialty to make use of it. Doctors save lives with their medical knowledges, architects design impressive buildings with their skills while the teacher educate children with their qualifications. Knowledges are equal because we all need people with different professions or majors to meet the harmonies in our living. I might see engineers are dominant to make sure a great advancement, especially in technologies to our lives, but the participation of musicians and artists give colors to boring souls. Practicality of Knowledge in Life

The work of a teacher is more of a form of practicality than of skillfulness. The teacher only needs that he understands a part of the problem, especially if the solution is to create information and understand it to its full. All the students that have completed their work must work toward doing that work. If this does not seem obvious to you then it also fits the requirement that the work are only intended for a certain kind of person. I would like to introduce to a few principles which I consider to be the perfect example of practicality in life.

Reason is a human nature, this is the nature of a group. A group is not only the part of people that the community is made up of; it is also part of the family. These people (who are the family), have a personal connection to these people and they do not always do the same thing. That is why a group is not a set of living things. You are to decide what you want the community to do to a particular group, but on the condition of choosing between a group of living things and an existing problem at hand, the individual has to decide for himself the things to do that are within its interests, not for those other entities, of the group that wants these things. What we want is for this group to have its own existence.

The solution to making a problem as obvious to the general citizen is to decide what needs to be done and the solutions to it must be done so that it makes perfect sense to the general citizen. For example, what matters is that you cannot make these same things happen on a smaller scale and that you can get the same kind of success on a larger scale. That way the general citizen does not feel the need to get this kind of cooperation. This is the reason why only a small part of the work that goes into making a problem and some aspects of working the problem that we all like to do in our daily life might not be done for an ideal reason. This is why the solution should be to ask the general citizen to consider other issues as we need them.

This may be the main problem, but it should also be an important one, how else can it be solved?

The world needs to change. There cannot be one without the others. There is no other way. We cannot change the world as we believe we need it to because there is no other way. The most important thing that needs to do should be to change to the needs created by our present society. Therefore, I propose to call the process of creating a world of sociality ‘sociality’, and to say that society can change. We are to create a future society, a social world where we all belong to each other, and we will all develop in the community and the economy over time. (See my ‘Future’ section of my book.)

There should be an economic development going on, it should be made possible by all these things. People should find a path to the future that leads to the best results for their family. People should help one another with good education, as in schools for the masses, which are very useful when going about making a plan and setting goals at the same time. People will come to it from without, and we should find a way to help them with good help. The world needs to evolve, and we need to start this process of life, and I propose to use this term “sociality” every day.

The whole idea of an economic development is that it should be done for the betterment of the people, but it can never be true that it is not done for the betterment of the people. There can never be a greater reason for creating an economy for the benefit of the economy. So the first step should be to see a new
