And our group aim at motivation, diversity and leadership from the management class called “ORGANIZATION BEHAVIOR”.

The first we give the other guys definition about these three topics. Motivation is defined as the process that initiates, guides, and maintains goal-oriented behaviors. Motivation is what causes us to act, whether it is getting a glass of water to reduce thirst or reading a book to gain knowledge. We will give the other guys some gift during our speech. It helps people understand why the motivation is very important in the Yu Run Company.

After that we turn to diversity, at first of all we show the definition as a video, it can ask the guys to know most managers accept that employers benefit from a diverse workforce, but the notion can be hard to prove or quantify, especially when it comes to measuring
