INTRODUCTION
The Beatles were a smashing rock and pop group from Liverpool, England. This group was inspired by American performers such as Elvis Presley, Chuck Berry, and Little Richard. During the 1960s the band dominated the rock music industry with their smash hit “Beatlemania.” The Beatles had an awkward appearance. They wore Edwardian clothes and mop-like haircuts which created a sense of humor. With their wild appearance and style, crowds followed them constantly, with fans screaming and fainting. The Beatles has been characterized as the most talented and successful pop groups of all times.

BACKGROUND
The Beatles was created in the late 1950s. The band was formed of four members. The first member was John Lennon (1940 – 1980). Lennon was the leader, song writer, guitarist, and decision maker for the group. The second member was Paul McCartney (born 1942). McCartney was the member who wrote the songs with Lennon. The third member was Ringo Starr (born 1940). Starr was the drummer for the group. The fourth member was George Harrison (1943 – 2001). Harrison was the lead guitarist. Most of their music and lyrics were written by Lennon and McCartney.

MUSIC
During 1963 to 1970, the Beatles released 18 albums which recognized musical growth. For example, Meet The Beatles, which was produced in 1964, was known for its solid beat and rich, tight harmony. In 1965, Rubber Soul was produced and in 1966, Revolver moved toward social commentary which introduced such instruments as the cello, trumpet, and sitar. During the Beatles final stages, they produced the Sgt. Peppers Lonely Hearts which introduced the electronic techniques and allusive, drug-inspired lyrics.

FILMS
The Beatles had a successful film career. In 1964, the band acted in A Hard Days Night which was a comic scene. In 1965, the band played in Help, which was an extravaganza scene. In 1968, the Yellow Submarine was a cartoon that features each member as an animation character. Let It Be was a documentary that was produced in 1970, which filmed the bands terminal decline.

CONCLUSION
To conclude, the Beatles had incredible talented success together which ended in 1970. By
