SUMMARY
The Robin Hood Case Study, Robin had a personal vendetta against a character named Sherriff. Sheriff was a person who had an organization that was run effectively and more efficient than Robin. Robin had formed a band called ‘Merrymen” to try an overcome some of the struggles that him and the people around him face. Their famous motto was “Rob the rich and give to the Poor.” During Robin’s journey to have a better organization tan the Sheriff he faced a few issues and problems along the way, such as his band becoming too large and not agreeing with some of the executive decisions he would eventually make to keep the Merrymen functioning. He also faced financial problems when food and supplies became scarce and supplies became expensive, but most of all he had to worry about the Sheriff who had many powerful connections in the political field when would he make is fatal blow to his band.

EXTERNAL ENVIRONMENTAL ANAYLSIS
– The age of the Merrymen are impacting the industry by not showing a sense of respect/humility towards Robin Hood. For instance, a person who is 40 such as some of the Merrymen wouldn’t want to listen to a person who is 24 such Robin.

– The Sheriff had many connections/allies that were in politics so he could obtain reinforcements and maintain his power
– With the Sheriff harassing the band looking for a weakness, these factors presented a great threat because Robin started to wonder how long the Merrymen would last until the Sheriff “delivered a mortal blow”

– Other organizations in these industry reactions are neutral because their methods for their industry are working for them.
