The Moral Logic and Growth of Suicide Terrorism
Suicide attack is one of the most successful instrument of terrorism which keeps thousands of people into panic, stress and threat. Day by day the increasing scale of suicide terrorism causes thousands of death. Mostly by the rising tide of martyrdom.

Today, we cant define the exact causes of suicide terrorism. Various groups, various motivations and diverse opinions about this phenomenon make us being more pensive. As an example, Robert Pape in his Dying to Win mentions that foreign occupation is the root cause of suicide terrorism. According to his analyses 95% of all suicide attacks around the world occurs not by religious or ideological purposes, but rather a clear strategic and political objectives. Mostly, the actions of suicide attackers directed to expel military forces from groups perceived homeland. As a proving argument, it has given United States and Muslim world countries on the face of: Saudi Arabia, Palestine, Egypt and Iraq. Also Pape makes a careful study on the profile and psychological manners of suicide attackers.

Analyzing all the summaries of Pape, author Scott Atran partly agree with him, but in some part he considers that Papes statistics and findings can be contested and they need to be updated. Author proves his opinion by the example of Uzbekistan which had six suicide bombers in 2004 and which Pape listed as having no Salafi population, in fact has large numbers of mostly urban youth who now sympathize with Hizb ut-Tahrir, a radical Islamist movement largely unknown in Central Asia.
