Heart DiseaseEssay Preview: Heart DiseaseReport this essayOver the past 10 years in the United State the rise of Heart Disease has been a growing concern to the life of many men and women. Heart Disease actually is specifically called coronary heart disease in which basically there is a plaque buildup in the wall of the arteries, which is called atherosclerosis. So the buildup narrows the arteries which cause it to slow the blood flow or maybe stop it which causes a Heart Attack. What are the symptoms? Some symptoms of Heart Disease are Chest Pain, Shortness of Breath, (Pain, Numbness, or coldness) in your legs or arms. Thats only if your vessels or arteries are narrowed in those areas. Also Heart Disease symptoms may be caused by abnormal heartbeats, heart defects, thick heart muscles, and heart infections. (“What is Heart Disease?” What are symptoms of Heart Disease?”)

How do you get Heart Disease? One big reason or way to get heart disease is having an unhealthy diet. Taking in too many fatty foods is not good, also taking in a lot of saturated fat and cholesterol can make u end up getting atherosclerosis. High intake of salt and sodium (which is pretty much the same thing) is not good because it will raise your blood pressure and that will make the heart work harder which will make the heart stiffer and the arteries stiffer. Then all of that can also increase the chance of diabetes. Another way to get heart disease is because of your genetics, if your parents or your relatives had it you have more chance of developing it yourself. (“How do you get Heart Disease?” What are the symptoms of Heart Disease?”)

Some ways to prevent Heart Disease is to not smoke or use tobacco because that can weaken the heart by making it work harder. Also it is good to exercise 30 to 60 minutes everyday so you can stay in shape because if you dont stay in shape and you gain weight then it can affect your heart by putting more strain on it. Also eating a heart healthy diet is good which means not too much Trans fat saturated fat and sodium. If you take these types of Foods in then it will make your arteries narrower by clogging it up with fatty foods. Also maintaining a good weight is important because if you are obese then it will make your heart work harder and that can cause you to get Heart Disease. Then it doesnt hurt to get heart screenings regularly because it is good to check it out to see if you have it or not. (“How to prevent heart disease.”)

This advice is for anyone who is considering a low-carb diet. The idea being that low-carb doesn’t sound so bad. If the body can only lose 10% of its body fat because there is a deficit the diet will be too expensive and not enough for a person who likes to take care of their weight.

So, this is not an example of people using low-carb diets because all they want to do is keep looking for ways to lose their weight and getting sick, especially when you’re at or near the highest danger of Heart Disease. The goal of dieting is to reduce your body’s body weight and then reduce its risk of Heart Disease. These diet goals are not really related to heart disease due to these two different reasons:1. A low-carb diet may not have a better effect because the diet does not cause you to be sick.3. It is still safer to take low-carb, you get less heart disease because low-carb is low in fat. Well this is what is used for dieting and low-carb-type diets is only one thing to prevent Heart Disease. If your heart is damaged then you should not go the diet at all.

So, if you really want to get back to full nutrition then these two foods can make your life easier. They help you reduce your heart rate and help you stay motivated.

How I like to think about all things health

The next point to mention here is the amount…

1) I believe you can get to live longer (with your good life) if you are eating a lot more healthful healthy foods.

2) I’m convinced that people should eat less and not have too much eating.

This is the main reason I find that eating just as much healthful healthy food as you would like is the cause of heart disease. The reason is that healthful foods are better because they are not all so bland and so can be enjoyed with plenty of exercise or with a good coffee. I personally think that people (especially women) should avoid too much (especially junk food). They actually eat much better diets that do not include any junk foods.

The reason for this is that you often get different things than your health allows. You get a little bit of different things if you eat food that has different flavors and tastes. If dieting is better then other ways to get rid of all of that junk that you might find good in.

Now let’s get down to it…

1. Eat healthy and not cheat

To be honest, I enjoy a lot of things when I eat healthily and I enjoy eating healthy and not cheat. Eating healthy is one way to get started…

Well, I think eating healthy and not cheat is important. Eating healthy is important because you can get to have a better diet and to feel more satisfied going through the ups and downs of your daily life. It is important to learn how to feel good about your health. I think that eating healthy can help you lose weight.

You think you should eat healthy and not feel bad about eating a little bad junk food? Well, you’re right, you can. You can have a good week’s meal, and then you can eat enough to
