Toyota Analysis: The ‘Toyota Project’ The Toyota Project™ is Toyota’s largest vehicle exporter, exporting a net $14.5 million (US$18.9 million) budget. Toyota has a strong customer base in India, a low maintenance deficit and a relatively high product volume. The goal of the Project is to create a vehicle that can compete with other comparable automobile manufacturers and expand the car market in India. To achieve this, they believe it will be beneficial for all Toyota customers to use the Toyota Drive and Toyota Assist plug-in. Toyota is committed to investing in a world-class vehicle at top prices and in an economically efficient manner. By doing so, Toyota will increase the competitiveness of India. I agree with you. If we were moving to the Ford Taurus’ future, we certainly would go back. To use the phrase “the Ford Taurus car, better car ever”; you’d certainly have to go back to 1993 in order to know it was going to be a great vehicle. But, while we are moving to the future, more people are going to buy and drive vehicles. As there are now more than 100 Toyota Prius SUVs and four-door crossover sedans in the United States, some 20 million more are already in production across the US as of 2014.

I believe there are now as many as 6 million new Toyota Prius buyers, and our current fleet of Toyota Prius SUVs means they will go out of business sometime this year. My personal feeling is this: if Toyota’s current fleet grows to more than 400,000, Toyota will have sold $50 million worth of Prius SUVs in the US in 2016 alone. It won’t even last the previous year; it will probably be around 40,000 in 2017.

But, I believe today we will still end up with a bigger picture than this; there will be a new fleet of Toyota Prius SUVs coming
