Skill Assessment
Every time I am asked to complete a personal assessment test I wonder if I am going to get the same results as a previous test, if I am going to get different results, or if I am going to learn something new about myself. By taking the following three tests; Self-Awareness Assessment, Learning Style Inventory and Tolerance of Ambiguity Scale, I realized that my strengths and weaknesses are built on the type of person I am. I was very impressed with this test and how close the results are to how I currently evaluate myself and the type of person I am.

I was most surprised by my score on the Tolerance of Ambiguity assessment, because it showed that I have a high to average tolerance, whereas I would have anticipated a slightly lower score. By having the higher score it means I tend to perceive situations as threatening rather than promising (Whetten, D. A. & Cameron, K. S., 2007). In my experience, I am careful and cautious to avoid any type of mistake. I also feel there is room for improvement on how I handle complex situations.

As I mentioned in the beginning I am always curious to see if I will get
