The research design stage is defined as searching for information on the target audience, status of the community, what the target marketing is looking for, needing and wanting within the product. The research design stage also allows for what design will best draw loyalty and commitment from the customers. It allows for knowing what the cost for advertising and marketing; as well as learning what type of budget needs to be created. This process can be done through internet, vital records, economy records, surveys, and most important through knowing what the product can do to benefit the customers needs, wants and build a relationship with the customer. This stage is also known as the framework or blueprint of the marketing research. The sampling stage is the stage for trying out the framework of the project. This stage allows for coupons or free samples or keeping records for how well the project is coming along or what needs to be changed. The data gathering feeds off the sampling stage as it allows for gathering the records, sampling comments and putting it all together for the next stage. This next stage is the data process and analysis. This stage is the editing, coding, transcription, and verification of the data collected this far through the project. This stage puts it all together and ready for the main results. The final stage is the conclusions and recommendations that will put together a SWOT analysis report on what needs improved, changed or even detailed within the project to gain the best successful outcome possible.

These stages all contribute ideas, results, and changes, other results within this project to understand what works and what dont. These stages can cause pitfalls of having to change something to a costly extreme or even stop the project to restart a much more successful project. I believe the research design stage is the most important stage; as it is the stage where research must be done correctly and clearly with time and dedication. False information in this stage can cause the other stages to lack the ability to have a successful outcome. The rest of the stages are all built around this foundation and a strong foundation makes a strong success rate. An example of this would be a foundation or blueprint for a house, if the measurements, location or city limit building laws are not researched to the fullest then the building process stages after this point is built around a foundation that needs to be redesigned or started over.

If these are not the actual building laws written on the foundation, then they can lead to real trouble. However I see something called ‘design for disaster’; that is, it is thought that the design and building laws need to be better written then the actual code so that a disaster can be resolved. This could be the point where the initial construction of the building should not be used as inspiration. I believe this is one of the biggest mistakes of this project and to be honest with you, the main way you build a life may be as well, but the concept isn’t right. Instead the main goal of this project is build a life which is safe, fulfilling, and sustainable.

    The biggest fear in this research is that many of the laws aren’t clear. Many are complex, contradictory, and poorly implemented. It is all not the same.

    What is the most likely cause for this common failure is an infra-red misunderstanding of their implementation.
