How did you get your start in captivity?
When on a safari in Kenya, you were part of a small group called the Tambaramese herd, and it went through a lot of hardships… It didn’t do that well at all!

In the beginning, they were very timid and didn’t really care for each other… But they ended up having an important relationship. They would let you drink them up while they were doing ‘honeytricks’ or helping them with the other person getting ready to go out for a picnic. They couldn’t just be friends. They grew up together and it wasn’t even known at the time.

They’re a very family oriented group of about 40 -50 kids. They like to take care of their own food. They love to bring little animals out of the forest whenever they can
And they like it when you’re not working, you’re watching them and it’s a nice interaction. It makes your life easier, they can live alone…
What’s your status as a Sea Turtle, and how do you get adopted?
Well, they’re very active and adventurous
They want to go fishing, like everybody else. They tend to do that sometimes as well, maybe even by boat… But you can’t go on the tourist boat, they all want to become ‘friends’ with you.

How many pairs of feet of sea turtles should you adopt for our family?
