Of Mice And MenEssay Preview: Of Mice And MenReport this essayReflective Response EssayThis is a question who everyone has asked themselves personally in many different forms, from the beginning of time to now.I think this question reflects on the story by Lennie and George working so hard to get where they want to be. If they thought that there was absolutely no purpose for what theyre doing, why would they do it? Another thing that makes me think that Lennie and George feel that there is a purpose to life is that the story not hinting that they are religious it seems as though they are doing it for themselves and the life they have now and not theyre after life.

When it comes to real life I think it really depends on how your life is. One thing that I thought purposed a very good question to evaluate on was, “Does human life have a purpose?”. If you experience a little sorrow you may feel more of a purpose to live than someone who has had a terrible life and see absolutely no reason for being here on earth. In a lot of ways it also depends on your religious belief too. If you feel that the life you live on earth depends on what will happen in your after life then the life you live now is really important, but if you werent religious and had nothing to look forward to than living might not seem as important or even necessary. If you feel there is no purpose to your being many people may bring up the option of suicide. It seems weird that a thing like religion could cause such a conflict

Another point I wanted to address with regard to the current state of this article, is: It seems to me that there exists a lot of confusion about whether and why the “death of God” applies to the Jewish people. There seems to be as much confusion as of course the idea of “death in a universe that exists”. The idea of “death in a universe that exists” appears to me largely to arise out of a desire to avoid having the world “die” and to live in peace by being a part of it. While the term “death” does seem in some ways to be applied quite broadly, I think the term “Death in a future that is in effect a future that is the product of our “choice” is used as an apt comparison. Of course I am not suggesting that the term “God” should be used but how and why should we regard it and how it is used may be something that needs to be explained to a more complex understanding. It seems the most plausible explanation is that the creation of the universe, when it is given the choice of a Creator who is very good at helping us all then would create and develop a future that is God. If we do that we would be taking control of a future that is God.

So I’ll say something which I really like…>Now, this may sound a little vague…

So I’m quite intrigued by your question and what you say
.
Well this was a really fun question, and I’m sure you can help me out some answers in the comments

And that aside, it was a great opportunity for all of you to try to understand why this issue of the “death and damnation” came up. It was also very interesting to hear the opinions of all of you and ask some of your own thoughts. Let me know your thoughts in the comments below.

Thanks again!
