Retreat Reflection Paper
Retreat Reflection Paper
The retreat happened last Friday and Saturday of January 30 and 31, 2015 at Montegelo Farm, Manolo Fortich Bukidnon. It was a total fun and a good reformation of my individuality. I knew at the very start that the relevance of the retreat activity is to bring us student into a person that will realize our purpose in life, to our family and to become much closer to God. This is why I was curious about how will this activity transform me as to what God wants me to be. I was feeling a little bit excited of this activity because it was outdoor and overnight. That retreat was actually the first retreat I have attended that is why I cannot compare it with other retreats unlike my other classmate who attended retreat in their college and high school. As we arrived at the venue in Montegelo Farm, the first thing that came into my mind is that this place was beautiful and will be the perfect place to rest my heart and mind. The place is perfect to have silence for a moment to have a peace of mind. Of course, the activities have helped us more to reflect on ourselves. The activities were made to share our thoughts and experiences to each other which have helped me to know more about my group mates and especially to know more about myself.

The activities that I appreciated the most was about our 10 years plans and goals and the sharing of it. Also the question and answer portion where we lights our own candles, the drawing of logo or picture of anything that will represent ourselves. That activities helped me realized what I am capable of and what I want in my life. The sharing has helped me to know more about the people around me. My close friends and those people I only knew by their faces and names. This actually made this retreat fun for me and for the mean time made me forget my problems.
