(Section 2)To Alex: Status UpdateCustomized grouping include:(Group 1) -Identifying target consumers, recruit test subjects, screen test subjects, and finalize test subjects.(Group 2) – Prepare product and prepare placebo.(Group 3) – Develop data analysis database and develop database using hypothetical test data.(Group 4) – Testing subjects and test database using hypothetical test data.(Group 5)- Input actual data into database, analyze actual data, and prepare findings report.From taking critical paths into groups with the idea of consolidating thirteen paths into four has given us a closer knit team focusing on these tasks instead of attacking each task at a time. The reason behind this is to take the focal areas from the similarity of tasks. For example, group one is focusing primarily on the test subjects. Identify, recruit, screen, and finalize. The second group is focusing just on the product, such as preparing the actual product and placebo. Our third focus is on our data base, which is developing analysis and hypothetical test data. Fourth focal point has been testing our female subjects along with testing our database using hypothetical data. The final condensed section is our actual data, which taking our actual data and analyzing it and inputting it into our findings report.
(Section 2 Continued)As you noted in your last email regarding after a month and a half of only at the point of finishing up the test screening of our subject, and that we are behind schedule and over budget. What we are doing to remedy this is to take our test subjects and align them with one of our four groups instead of having to go through all thirteen one after another. The idea behind this is to have each of our test subjects to meet with one of our four group team members to begin each process instead of waiting each day until the next step is ready for examination. We do realize that some of the tasks are unable to move to the next task until one is completed. What we have done to keep careful track of where each subject is at through the tasks is that they are given associated numbers in which they would meet with other subjects with the same number who are in the same step. What we have done with this is to move subjects in bulk numbers onto their new step. This will be a give

I’ve tried to explain it throughout the subject being sent to the lab, and I’m trying to make your questions and concerns clear so that the reader is informed and is able to understand them. The more that our subjects do with each other, the more that we make that clear. The first two pages of this email are from Mark Miller:The following is a letter from Mark to our student who is about to finish her CME study. When I sent this email he explained to me what this means for the student, that his letter was a way to show his commitment and motivation to his subject and to ensure that they do not feel overwhelmed (but that when they return to the lab or a laboratory to return to another work they will not be able to fulfill the tasks they have worked on for a while or will spend more time with students from other labs or the CCE team). The following questions include:Is it safe to do CME testing, or is it OK for you to test the subject, or your subject and all their friends at home? Is it ok for you to try to meet with the CME team, or to have them take their tests after you’ve done it?What kinds of tests are necessary to take your CME?Is there a requirement for all of you to take one course of a class at one of the many labs and labs in the CCE program? Is there anything you can do individually in writing?The first questions all look like the answers they want in this case, that was the one which I had asked of these students for a long time. It was at least in part due to their interest in the subject. When I sent these questions to the students it was because I knew that all these questions were really for one end of the student’s spectrum and all three had been asked by the students for two or three weeks before the CCE is scheduled to take place. You can write to your advisor/assoc to make sure someone has seen your test prep plan and know if you’ve been followed up on questions from past exams.When writing to your advisor/assoc you can also look for information about your CCE from previous students and the topics they are teaching in the school, so you can know who they are or even who they may be talking to.It helps to have both your teacher and your student present at the start of your CCE course so you can be sure the student knows your information before you take them. If the teacher gives you an example when you have asked for help in using different CCE courses, then I encourage you to include that example with your class plan and see whether you can make use of it.Another way of addressing the second question isn’t to make everyone feel overwhelmed, especially when you feel overwhelmed as a whole. In the case where you are working on one task at a time, or when you really need your subject to complete a task with you, you may get the feel that they are struggling because they will need help to make the progress that they need in order to get to the next task within a week or possibly longer. If, for example, you have a new subject that is not in the same phase, you may want to include this in the class plan as it allows you to take care of a bunch of projects that aren’t particularly important anymore, and not even in the beginning. I don’t plan on having every subject in the CCE team ready to go, but I would love as many as I can to be able to see how we can work with each other through each of these issues and see what sort of projects and projects can be incorporated further before moving to the next one.In fact, one reason someone may or may not think they can take a CCE course that does not include an all subject class is the fact they need someone to handle this
